To register and maintain an active account with Honda4D, a Member must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) account on the Honda4D platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited. Where Honda4D identifies multiple accounts linked to a single individual by shared device, IP address, payment method, identity document, or other matching criteria, all associated accounts may be closed and any balance forfeited.
When registering, Members must provide accurate, complete, and current information including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Honda4D is not responsible for any loss resulting from inaccurate registration information provided by the Member.
Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password. Honda4D will not be liable for any loss or unauthorised access resulting from failure to maintain appropriate account security. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact Honda4D's support team immediately.
Honda4D is required to verify the identity of all Members before processing withdrawal requests. This Know Your Customer ("KYC") process may require submission of the following documents:

Honda4D aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 to 48 hours of document submission. Members are advised to complete KYC verification proactively to avoid delays when requesting withdrawals. Honda4D reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed.
Honda4D accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT). All deposits are credited to a Member's account in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Honda4D does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges at their discretion.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification, fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds, and internal anti-fraud review. Honda4D targets a processing time of under 5 minutes for standard DuitNow and FPX withdrawal requests during normal operating conditions.
Withdrawals must be made to a payment method held in the Member's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Honda4D reserves the right to apply additional verification to withdrawal requests above certain threshold amounts. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the Member's account dashboard.
All balances, deposits, bonuses, and withdrawals on Honda4D are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Honda4D does not operate multi-currency accounts. Deposits made in a currency other than MYR may be subject to conversion at prevailing exchange rates, which may result in a difference between the deposited amount and the credited balance.
⚠️ Honda4D does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party accounts. All payment channels must be registered in the Member's own name. Violations may result in account suspension.
Honda4D offers various promotional bonuses including welcome packages, reload bonuses, cashback offers, VIP tier rewards, and referral incentives. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which are communicated at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between bonus-specific terms and these general Terms, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail.
The following general bonus conditions apply across all Honda4D promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

In the event of a technical malfunction, interrupted connection, or system error during a game session, Honda4D's recorded server data will be used to determine the outcome of the affected bet or game round. Void games or rounds will be treated as if the relevant wager was never placed, and the staked amount will be returned to the Member's account balance. Honda4D's decision in all gameplay disputes is final and binding, subject only to the internal appeals process described in the Contact section of these Terms.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Honda4D platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be referred to law enforcement authorities:
All content on the Honda4D platform — including but not limited to the Honda4D brand name and logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and database structures — is the intellectual property of Honda4D or its licensed partners. All rights are reserved.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Honda4D platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant any right to copy, redistribute, reproduce, publish, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any Honda4D content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Honda4D and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, arising out of or in connection with the use of — or inability to use — the Honda4D platform.
Honda4D's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount deposited by the Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Honda4D's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Honda4D enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all Members. Where Honda4D suspects that a Member may be under the age of 21 or may be experiencing problem gambling, the Member's account may be suspended pending investigation.

Termination by Member: A Member may close their Honda4D account at any time by submitting a written request to Honda4D's support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to the Member's verified payment method after deduction of any outstanding obligations. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Termination by Honda4D: Honda4D reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member's account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed by Honda4D due to confirmed breach of these Terms, Honda4D reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account and to recover any losses or damages caused by the Member's conduct.
Honda4D reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, Honda4D will take reasonable steps to notify registered Members via in-platform notification or email. The amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
Continued access to or use of the Honda4D platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
These Terms and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which Honda4D is licensed to operate. Honda4D operates in compliance with the applicable regulatory framework governing online gaming in its licensed jurisdiction.
Any dispute between Honda4D and a Member that cannot be resolved through Honda4D's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Honda4D's licensing jurisdiction. Members agree to submit to this jurisdiction and waive any objection to proceedings in such courts on the grounds of inconvenient forum.
